The present bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNSS') has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 250/2024 registered at Police Station IGI Airport, New Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 419/420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter „IPC) and Section 12 of the Passport Act. 2.

The Investigating Officer is present in Court, who assists the learned APP for the State. On instructions, the learned APP for the State informs the Court that the petitioner herein has joined investigation, has cooperated in investigation and her custodial interrogation is not required, since the investigation in the present matter stands concluded. 3.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the statement of the IO that the investigation has concluded and that custody of the present petitioner is not required, this Court is inclined to grant The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. anticipatory bail to the petitioner on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/I.O concerned on the following terms and conditions: i) The applicant shall remain available on mobile numbers; shared by him with the Police.

ii) The applicant shall not leave NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned IO/SHO.

iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make an attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner. iv) In case of change of residential address/contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned I.O/SHO. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
