By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of 30 days on account of marriage of his real elder brother which is going to be solemnized on 14.11.2024. 2.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice and on instructions submits that the complainant of the case lives in the nearby vicinity and is yet to be examined. He further states that the applicant is involved in five other cases involving the Arms Act and the one including Section 307 IPC. Keeping in view the aforesaid, it is deemed appropriate that the applicant be taken in custody on 14.11.2024 at the venue i.e., Flora Garden, Main Nathupura Road, Amrit Vihar Bus Stand, Burari, Delhi-110084 at 04:00 PM and he be brought back to jail by 10:00 PM. The police personnel who would accompany the applicant shall remain in plain clothes. 5.
