Petition under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of Order dated 31.07.2025 under Section 82 Cr.P.C. arising out of non-Bailable warrants dated 01.06.2019, Bailable warrants dated 22.02.2019 and Summoning Order dated 23.10.2018 passed by learned Trial Court.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance Notice and accepts Notice.

Perusal of Order dated 31.07.2025 shows that learned MM herself has stayed the proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. on the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Petitioner is at liberty to make his submissions in respect of the process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. There is no Order, even of interim measure, which has been filed by way of present Petition.

Accordingly, the Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise his contentions before the learned Trial Court.
