Petition under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0560/2022 under Section 287/337 IPC, registered at PS: Bawana, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

Copy of Order dated 25.07.2025 passed by Labour Commissioner has been placed on Record, whereby the matter got amicably settled on payment of Rs.5,00,000/-, which was duly accepted by Resopndent Nos.2 and 3, who are parents of deceased Biki Kumar, who was about 21 years old and had suffered injuries while working in the factory of the Petitioner, but has died subsequently on account of some ailments.

The terms of the Settlement are endorsed by Resopndent No.2 and Petitioner, who are present in the Court. Furthermore, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 13.05.2025 bears signatures of all the parties. 4.
