This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 with the following prayers:- a. Direct the Respondent State to file the FSL report in an expeditious manner before this Hon'ble Court in pursuance of order dated 18.11.2024 passed in Crl M.C. 5740/2024, OR The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. b. In the alternative to Prayer A, direct that a copy of FSL report be provided by the Respondent State to the Petitioners herein; AND/OR c. Pass any other order(s) that this Hon'ble Court deems appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the present matter, in the interest of justice.

This Court, vide order dated 18.11.2024, in CRL.M.C. 5740/2024, directed the FSL, Rohini to expedite the forensic examination of exhibits and to render a report positively within a period of six weeks, with further directions to hand over the copy of the same to the petitioners, at request. 3.

Learned APP appearing for the State, submits that FSL report has since been received and will be filed before the trial Court along with supplementary charge sheet, within a week or so. 4.

Since the FSL report has already been received, the petition is disposed of with direction to provide the copy of the same to the petitioners, within a period of one week.
