The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the Principal Judge, Family Courts to decide the Divorce petition pending before the said Court in a time bound manner.

Petitioner has filed the divorce petition, which is stated to be pending since the year 2012.

Without having knowledge of the status of the board of the Trial Court, it may not be appropriate to issue any time bound directions for disposal of the petition. However, bearing in mind that the petition is pending since the year 2012, it is expected that the Trial Court would try to expedite the disposal of the case.

Learned counsel for the parties are directed to render due assistance to the Trial Court in expediting disposal of the case. 5.

Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
