% 08.03.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the mother of the 15 months old girl child. The petitioner seeks the production of the child.

Notice was issued in the matter. Respondent No.4 is present in Court along with the baby. He submits that the baby was abandoned by the mother which fact is denied by the petitioner. She submits that she was turned out of her matrimonial home and reiterates the allegations made in the writ petition. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 in the presence of his client has handed

over the baby to the mother/petitioner in Court. The parties submit that they will make every endeavour to resolve the matter amicably. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, since the baby has been handed over to the mother and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed, we dispose of the writ petition accordingly.
