The respondent instituted a commercial suit, being CS No. 549/2021, before the learned Single Judge of this Court, which came to be decreed in terms of the settlement dated 23rd March, 2026 arrived at between the parties, as recorded in the order dated 29th April, 2026 of the learned Single Judge.

The suit, accordingly, came to be disposed of. 4.

The challenge in the present petition is to the judgment dated 05th August, 2025.

Since the suit itself stood decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, learned counsel for the respective parties submit that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal stands disposed of, as the suit has been decreed on 29th April, 2026.
