Various submissions have been made by Mr. Rajshekhar Rao, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Vishishtha, learned counsel for the respondent. Additionally, Mr. Avadh Bihar Kaushik, learned counsel who appears for the intervener has also opposed the instant application. 2.

However, looking at the facts and circumstances, more importantly, the order dated 08.10.2025, whereby, an appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'the A&C Act') was disposed of by the Court, it is seen that reserving all rights and contentions The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the parties and leaving it open for the applicant/ petitioner herein to make the request for an interim arrangement, if any, before the Arbitrator, who had been appointed vide order dated 11.09.2025, the instant petition can itself be disposed of.

Furthermore, vide order dated 08.10.2025, the status quo was directed to be maintained for 7 days.

The Court finds that, at this stage, no further directions are required except to extend the aforesaid period for a further period of 7 days beyond its expiry.

Therefore, it is clarified that status quo shall remain in operation for 14 days from 08.10.2025.

The petition stands disposed of.

Needless to state, no further request for extension of the aforesaid period shall be entertained.
