The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- "a. Allow the present petition;

b. Extend the mandate of the Learned Sole Arbitrator by at least six months, for further proceedings, including making and publishing of the award; and/or;

c. Pass any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

It appears that the dispute herein originated from the Sales and Service Agreement between the parties, and the mandate of the Arbitrator had expired on 05.09.2025.

Various reasons have been explained in the application as to why the matter could not be taken to its logical end. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the right to adduce the evidence of the Court summoned witness has been closed.

A perusal of the facts and circumstances would require that the mandate of the Arbitrator needs to be extended for a period of six (6) months from today.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended for a period of six (6) months from today. The period between 05.09.2025 till today also stands regularized.

Needless to state, respondents shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law seeking remedy against any of the order which is adverse to their interest.

Ordered accordingly.

The instant petition stands disposed of.

10. List before the arbitrator on 27.11.2025, for taking up further necessary steps.
