These petitions have been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 2.

Disputes in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 846/2025 arise out of Agreement dated 22.10.2015 and disputes in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 847/2025 arise out of Agreement dated 25.10.2015. Both the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of commencement of recording of claimant's evidence and mandate of the Sole Arbitrator has expired on 30.09.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 846/2025 and on 11.09.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 847/2025.

Issue notice.

Counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of respective Respondents in both petitions and on instructions submit that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of 12 months from 01.10.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 846/2025 and from 12.09.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 847/2025.

Petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
