% 12.03.2019 This writ petition has been filed challenging an order dated 24.08.2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 2946/2016 Dr. Bajindra Singh vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. On the same date four Original Applications filed under Section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act, were decided by the Central Administrative Tribunal by a common judgment following its earlier judgment dated 24.08.2017 passed in bunch of Original Applications (OA No. 2712/2016- Dr. Santosh Kumar Sharma & Ors. and connected OAs including OA No. 2946/2016 titled as Dr. Bajindra Singh vs. GNCT of Delhi & Others); one of them being OA No. 2442/2017 Dr. K.S. Sethi vs. Ministry of AYUSH. Writ petition was filed by the Appellant Department

being W.P. (C) No. 610/2018 against the aforesaid order passed in the case of Dr. K.S. Sethi (supra). A Coordinate Bench of this court has vide order dated 15.11.2018 dismissed the writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 610/2018 assailing the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in the aforesaid OA No. 2442/2017 (Dr. K.S. Sethi) (supra). In view of the aforesaid decision made in the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed for the grounds and reasons already considered and decided by the Co-ordinate Bench on 15.11.2018 in W.P.
