The present petition has been filed under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent through video conferencing does not oppose the aforesaid request. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of six (6) months from today. 4.

Counsel for the parties submit that the mandate had otherwise expired on 2nd October, 2025.

Accordingly, the period from the said date till today is also regularised.
