The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is set to expire on 2nd November, 2025.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on advance notice does not oppose the aforesaid request.

It is submitted by counsel for the parties that the matter is at the stage of respondents' evidence before the Arbitral Tribunal. 4.
Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six (6) months from 2nd November, 2025. 5.
Counsel for the respondents submits that the venue of arbitration proceedings be changed to Neeti Bagh Club as it offers an additional facility O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 850/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
