% 03.02.2016 Learned counsel for defendants No.1&3 submits that he has sent letters dated 06.11.2015 to defendant No.1&3 regarding withdrawal of Vakalatnama. Copies of the letters placed on record. Vide notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the suit stands transferred to the district court. Plaintiffs have prayed that they be declared co-owners of the suit property situated in Villages Tajpur Kalan, Mundka and Bakhtwarpur. Plaintiffs have prayed for partition and they are also seeking cancellation of sale deed in respect of the suit property at Village Mundka. Villages Tajpur Kalan and Bakhtwarpur fall under District North. Village Mundaka falls under District West. As two of the suit properties are situated at North District, it would be proper to transfer the suit to District North.
