This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of three-member Arbitral Tribunal.

It is stated that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of crossexamination of claimant's witnesses and mandate of the Tribunal has expired on 11.09.2025.

Issue notice.

Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions submits that the Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Tribunal. 5.
