The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent on advance notice does not oppose the aforesaid request.

It is stated by the counsel for the parties that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of final arguments and the mandate had expired on 27th September, 2025.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six (6) months from today.

The period from 27th September, 2025 till today stands regularised. 6.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 7.
