Sanjay Aggarwal' [2018 SCC OnLine Del 8562], seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application under Section 25B(9) before the learned ARC within a period of two weeks. 2.

Needless to say, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The learned ARC will be free to decide the same in accordance with law.
