% 13.01.2016 The present suit is for permanent injunction and partition with respect to the two properties valued at Rs. 1,06,83,244/- and Rs. 66,96,136/- respectively. The suit properties are situated in Naraina Vihar, New Delhi. In view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th November, 2015 & in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii), the present matter is liable to be transferred to the learned District & Sessions Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts. Accordingly, the parties to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, on March 21, 2016.
