By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of CS No. 2908/2016 entitled "Pardeep Kumar Thakur Vs Ashok Kumar Arora" pending before the Court of learned District Judge-03, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the Court of learned District Judge-02, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent appearing through video conferencing accepts notice. He supports the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

For the aforesaid reasons as also for the reasons stated therein, the present petition is allowed and CS No. 2908/2016 entitled "Pardeep Kumar Thakur vs. Ashok Kumar Arora" is transferred from the Court of learned District Judge-03, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the Court of learned District Judge-02, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

The learned District Judge-03, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi is directed to send the entire record pertaining to the suit being CS No.2908/2016 entitled "Pardeep Kumar Thakur vs. Ashok Kumar Arora" to the Court of learned District Judge-02, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

A copy of the present order be sent to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi for onward and necessary compliance of this order. 9.

Accordingly, the present transfer petition alongwith the pending application is allowed and disposed of.
