The limited grievance sought by the petitioner is that the Divisional Commissioner/ Appellate Authority seized of the petitioner's Appeal No. 873/2023, be directed to decide and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in view of the great hardship being caused to the petitioner on account of pendency of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that an endeavour shall be made to decide and dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. Let the same be done within a period of three months from today. 3.
