The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking redaction and de-indexing of the petitioner's sensitive disability information which has been depicted/set out in the judgment dated 18.10.2024 passed by this Court in LPA No. 392/2024.

After some hearing, it is submitted that, in first instance, the petitioner shall be moving an appropriate application before the Division Bench of this Court for appropriate relief. The petitioner is at liberty to do so. 3.
