By way of the instant petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs:
"1.
Declare that no vested right of regularization or promotion accrues to the respondents under the Tribunal's order dated 18.05.2023.
2. Quash the proceedings in Contempt Petition No. 407/2024 arising out of O.A. No. 298/2017."

learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 298/2017 titled Amit Sharma & Ors. v. NDMC, and the learned Tribunal is erroneously proceeding with the contempt petition bearing C.P. No. 407/2024 in O.A. No. 298/2017 titled, Amit Kumar Sharma & Ors. v. Amit Kumar Yadav Chairman & Anr., filed by the respondents herein.

In our view, as the contempt petition is still pending before the learned Tribunal, it is for the learned Tribunal to first determine whether the petitioner has duly complied with the said order or not. 4.
The present petition is premature at this stage and is accordingly dismissed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.
