We are informed that the Registrar Cooperative Societies has already passed an order dated 02nd December, 2025, which is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, which they intend to question independently. That being so, we dispose of the above-mentioned petitions with liberty to the petitioners to seek remedy against the said order dated 02nd December, 2025, afresh.
