Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that the ground floor and third floor of the property in question, has been sealed on 29th September, 2025.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the action taken by the MCD and does not want to press the present writ petition any further. 4.

In response, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1-MCD submits that the petitioner does not stay on the same street as the property where unauthorized construction is stated to have taken place. She, thus, submits that the petitioner is not affected by the construction in question and that the present writ petition would not be maintainable. 5.

The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing for the MCD is noted.

However, since, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition on the first date itself, the present writ petition, along with the pending application is accordingly dismissed, as withdrawn.
