% 10.08.2016 Respondent No.2 is the cousin of the petitioners. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter, which led to the registration of the present First Information Report ('FIR') No.79/2016 under Sections 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') at Police Station ('P.S.') Seema Puri, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2. In the quarrel, respondent No.2 had sustained simple injury. Now, the petitioners and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes, with the intervention of the other family members and respondent No.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. It is stated that the investigation is still pending.

Respondent No.2 is present in Court and has been identified by Sub-Inspector, Gaurav Chaudhary of PS:Seempa Puri, Delhi. Respondent No.2 submits that the FIR in question be quashed as he wants to maintain cordial relationship with the petitioners in future. Keeping in mind the above facts, the FIR is quashed. A.K.
