The present petition under Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a) allow the present petition and pass directions for initiating contempt proceedings under the provision of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the Respondent for wilful disobedience and deliberate breach of Memorandum of Understanding dated 02.01.2023 and Affidavit dated 11.12.2023 filed by the Respondent in HMA 319/2024 titled as "Swapnil Kumar and Shubhi Saxena" in terms of guidelines laid down in Rajat Gupta vs. Rupali Gupta, reported as 2018 SCC OnLine Del 9005; or b) pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
