The present petition under article 215 of the constitution of India read with section 12 of the contempt of courts act 1971 "(a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors and punish them for committing contempt of order dated 03.05.2024 passed by Hon'ble Hon'ble High Court of Delhi Ohri in Crl. M.C. 3533 of 2024;

(b) Allow cost of the petition be awarded in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent;

(c) issue such other order/ direction and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
