At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the ration card of the petitioner Ms. Sharda Devi has already been duly prepared and she has also received it. He, however, submits the other family members of the petitioner have also applied for ration card through online mode and a direction be given to respondent to expedite the above said processing also.

Though this would be going beyond the scope of the present contempt petition as there is no such direction in order dated 09.09.2024, the concerned official from the respondent Department submits that if the requisite formalities are completed, the processing would be done as expeditiously as possible.

Be that as it may, since the ration card of the petitioner has already been duly prepared and supplied to her, nothing survives in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
