Ms. Beenashaw Soni, learned Additional Standing Counsel for DDA has shown copy of the order dated 24th July, 2024 passed by learned Division Bench in LPA 654/2024 whereby, keeping in view the conflict of opinion, with respect to the dates from which the rate of the flat has to be determined, notice has been issued to Mr. Ishwar Chand Jain (petitioner herein) and the next date is such LPA is stated to be 27th November 2024. 2.
However, with respect to the allotment of the flat to the petitioner herein, Ms. Soni, on instructions, submit that the allotment letter would be positively issued within four weeks from today and, thereafter, the petitioner CONT.CAS(C) 1776/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. can always take further steps to take the physical possession of such flat after completing the procedural formalities.

In view of the above, the petitioner states that he does not press his petition. He, however, seeks liberty to get it revived in case the allotment is not made within the aforesaid period of four weeks. 4.
The petition, is accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. The petitioner is also granted liberty to revive the petition in case the allotment is not made as undertaken above.
