The present petition seeks a direction to Respondent No. 3, the State of Haryana, to defreeze the Petitioner's bank accounts and lift the lien imposed thereon.

The Court notes that although the relief is directed against Respondent No. 3, State of Haryana, the State of NCT of Delhi has also been impleaded as a respondent. When specifically queried, counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the bank accounts are located in Delhi, the State of NCT of Delhi was impleaded, and accordingly, the petition has been filed before this Court.

While the Petitioner's bank accounts are situated in Delhi, this alone does not establish that the appropriate remedy lies before this Court. grievance concerns actions initiated by the police authorities of the State of Haryana. Therefore, the Petitioner's efficacious remedy is to approach the competent High Court having supervisory jurisdiction over the police authorities of Haryana.

With the above observation, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the court of competent jurisdiction. 5.
The petition is disposed of along with pending applications. 6.
The Court has not commented on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
