% 09.04.2025 I.A. 9384/2025 (u/O XXIII Rule 3 seeking recordal of the settlement arrived at between the parties) 1.
This joint application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff and defendants under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') along with supporting affidavits, to record terms of settlement arrived at between the parties.

The application bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendants and their respective counsel. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendants.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.
In terms of the settlement as recorded in Clause 3(vi) of the application, the defendants have paid a sum of ₹25,000/- to plaintiff. 7.
The application stands disposed of accordingly. CS(COMM) 996/2024 8.
In view of the order passed above, the present suit is decreed against the defendants and I.A. 9384/2025 under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC shall form part of the decree.

Decree sheet be drawn up in above terms.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. 11.
