This is a review petition filed against the order dated 11.11.2024, by virtue of which the appeal filed by the appellant against the impugned order dated 02.09.2024, passed by the District Judge-05, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, was dismissed.

The law with regard to the review is no more res integra. Review proceedings cannot be adjudicated as an appeal and have to be strictly confined to the scope and ambit of the review. The power of review may be exercised when some mistake or error is found apparent on the face of the record. The error must be found on the face of the record and should not be required to be drawn through the process of reasoning. In the present case, the Court does not find any error on the face of the record. Thus, there is no justification for review of order dated 11.11.2024.
