% 12.03.2018 The petitioner who appears in person limits his relief in the present petition to a direction to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies to dispose off his complaint dated 01.07.2013 under Section 87 of Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 and Rule 100 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules, 2007 which is pending before the latter, in accordance with law.

Issue notice. Mr. Santosh Kumar Tripathi, Additional Standing Counsel, GNCTD accepts notice on behalf of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies states that action in accordance with law on the

said complaint forwarded on behalf of the petitioner shall be taken by them, within six weeks from today under intimation to the petitioner. Directed accordingly.

With the above direction, the petition is disposed off accordingly.
