The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that appropriate directions be issued to the respondents for additional allotment/common land of the tenement on the front portion of the tenement bearing no. 4/9 Ground Floor, Old Double Storey, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi -110024 and the adjoining lavatory block. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that an Office order has been issued recently - Office Order No. 2/2019 dated 12.03.2019 - and if the petitioner makes a fresh application, the same would be considered in accordance with the said Office Order. He states that if the necessary conditions are met, the supplementary deed would be executed within a period of three months from the date of the application. Respondent no.1 is bound down to the said statement.

In view of the above statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the respondents by filing a fresh application.

All contentions of the parties are reserved.

The petition and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to state that the petitioner would be at liberty to apply afresh, if the cause so arises.
