O R D E R

% 10.03.2016 Parties have arrived at a settlement. It has been agreed that the petitioner in full and final settlement of all the claims of the respondent will pay a sum of Rs.15 lacs to her which amount shall be paid on or before 10.07.2016 i.e. within an outer limit of 4 months from today. This sum of Rs.15 lacs shall be deposited by way of three instalments i.e. of Rs.5 lacs each of which the first instalment shall be paid on or before 20.04.2016; the second instalment shall be paid on or before 30.05.2016 and the last instalment of Rs.5 lacs shall be paid on or before 10.07.2016. These amounts shall be paid by way of demand drafts to be drawn in the name of the respondent. The parties further agreed that all pending litigations shall be withdrawn. This Court has been informed that there are two cases pending before the Saket Family Court which have been filed by the respondent and she undertakes to withdraw the said suits. The parties who are present in person undertake to abide by the terms of the settlement and if either of them resiles

from the aforenoted settlement, he/she shall be liable for contempt. It is made clear that the money shall be paid by the petitioner on or before the aforementioned dates and the respondent as a counter obligation will withdraw her pending litigations.

With these directions petition disposed of.
