The present petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral record. 4.
This Court had previously extended the time for completion of arbitration proceedings vide order dated 11.07.2024 passed by this Court in OMP (Misc.) (COMM.) 514/2024.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitration proceedings are at an advanced stage; final arguments on behalf of the respondent are being addressed before the arbitral tribunal.
