The present petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.

The arbitral proceedings which are subject matter of the present arbitration are in connection with a contract dated 18.10.2008 between the parties. The Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 10.09.2021 pursuant to orders passed by this Court.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that final arguments before the arbitral tribunal have been almost completed.
