After some hearing, Ms. Sunaina Valecha, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force ["STF"], constituted by the Supreme Court vide orders dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 [M.C.
