This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a. ISSUE a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 & 2 i.e. HDFC Bank to de-freeze the Bank Account No. 50100111080311 of the Petitioner, operating with Branch at Plot No.432, Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110087.
b. DIRECT the Respondent No.3 i.e. Reserve Bank of India to take action against such illegal/unlawful and arbitrary act of the Respondent No.1& 2."

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instruction, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the appropriate forum in light of the fact that Respondent/HDFC Bank has initiated recovery against the W.P.(C) 15635/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner by filing the Original Application bearing No. TA/2054/2022 titled HDFC Bank Ltd. v. Shobha Devi Tekriwal & Ors., before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
Needless to state that if the Petitioner takes recourse to appropriate remedies before DRT, endeavour shall be made by DRT to expedite the hearing of the case.
