The present petition impugns circular dated 28th October, 2024,1 which reads as follows:

In respect of the afore-noted circular, the Petitioner alleges that Respondent No. 1 has appointed Respondent No. 2 as incharge and Organizing Secretary of the upcoming Delhi State School Games (ThrowBall) 2024-2025 in violation of its rules and regulations despite having full knowledge of the fact that she is not a regular teacher employed by Delhi Administration. It is further alleged that in the past, Respondent No. 1 has consistently appointed regular teachers as incharge and Organizing Secretary of Delhi State Games and in the upcoming Delhi State Games, no exception ought to have been made as far as the appointment of Respondent No. 2 for the game of Throw-Ball is concerned. 3.

The Court has noted the facts and contentions urged by the parties. During the course of the submissions, it has been emphasized that appointment of Respondent No. 2 is irregular, however, there are no documents on record to support any of the grounds urged in the petition. On a plain reading of the impugned circular, it can only be gathered that Respondent No. 2 has been made incharge of the game. 4.

Respondent No. 2, the Court finds no merit in the present petition. 5.

In light of the above, the present petition along with pending application is dismissed.
