The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.728/2015 under Sections 420/406/506/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla. Status report is on record. 2.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2015. He has voluntarily agreed to pay `5,00,000/- (Rupees five lacs) to the complainant without prejudice and subject to adjustment/outcome of the case. On this, the complainant has no objection to the grant of the bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner's offer to pay `5,00,000/-, he is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. `5,00,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner to the complainant within a week through Investigating Officer by way of demand draft in his name. This payment shall be without prejudice and subject to adjustment (if any) and outcome of the case.
