% 17.01.2018 CM No. 1982/2018 (for disposal^ This application seeks disposal of the aforenoted appeals in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The application has been signed by the parties and is supported by their affidavits. I The learned counsel for the parties submit that the withdrawal of these appeals will also result in withdrawal of two other cases, one being a probate case and the other being a suit for partition, filed by the appellant. The learned counsel for the parties submit on instructions that the parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement.
