It is informed by both sides that the matter stands settled before Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts and in terms of settlement, a sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- has already been paid while the balance of Rs. 2,00,000/- has been paid before the execution court by way of postdated cheque. 3.

Under these circumstances, learned counsel for appellant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. 4.

Accordingly this appeal and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
