This O.A. is disposed of with the consent order whenever plaintiffs come to India for their evidence and defendants have to cross examine the plaintiffs, defendants will not take any adjournments and the specific date for cross-examination of plaintiffs will be fixed as per consent of the parties. If because of the defendants, the cross examination of the plaintiffs has to be adjourned, then either cross examination will be deemed to be closed or defendants will be liable to pay to and fro charges of the plaintiffs who will be coming from U.K.

The O.A. stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations. CS(OS) 1494/2012 2.

An Office Order dated 24.11.2015 has been issued by Hon'ble

the Chief Justice in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, whereby ordinary suits which are not commercial matters having pecuniary jurisdiction up to the value of rupees two crores cannot be tried by this Court and commercial matters up to the value of rupees one crore cannot be tried by this Court. Accordingly, this suit is transferred for decision to the jurisdictional Court under the District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Let parties appear before the District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi on 26th April, 2016. Suit file be made available to the District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi on the date fixed.
