% 07.01.2016 CM APPL. 30750/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the amount of user charges @ 95/- per month upto 31.12.2015 has already been deposited in the Court of Mr. Rajender Kumar, Rent Controller, Central District.

Necessary particulars be furnished to the learned counsel for the respondent, so as to enable him to withdraw that amount. Learned Rent Controller is also directed to release the same to the respondent as and when the application in this regard is made. So far as the user charges upto 31.12.2016 are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner has assured that same shall be paid in advance within a period of one week directly to the counsel for the respondent by way of bank draft drawn in the name of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also assured that all the outstanding electricity and water charges have already been paid to the service provider. Proof of the same shall be duly communicated along with documents to the respondent and so far as future payments are concerned, same shall also be intimated at the time of vacation of the premises.
