Respondent no.3 for herself and on behalf of her husband, that is, respondent no.2, submits that they do not have the original sale deed of Calcutta property or any other documents including cheque books and share certificates of petitioner.
In view of this statement, present petition has not been pressed and the same is disposed of as not pressed, at this stage. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
