% 10.05.2016 The possession of the suit property has been taken over by the learned counsel for the respondent. This has been recorded in the earlier order. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent has also demolished the suit property. This position is disputed by the respondent.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition. He however seeks liberty to take appropriate remedy as permitted to him by law. This liberty is granted. Petition disposed of.
