% 18.04.2017 Petitioner has assailed the show cause notice dated 6th February, 2017 issued by respondent no.2. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition against a show cause notice.
At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent no.2 has already passed a rejection order dated 7th April, 2017. Learned counsel for respondents submits that this order may be set aside. She further submits that petitioner may reply to the show cause notice within two days and thereafter, his case would be considered in the meeting scheduled for 21st April, 2017.
Without going into the merits or demerits of the matter, the order dated 7th April, 2017 is set aside.
Petitioner shall file reply to the show
cause notice with respondent no.2 within two days. Thereafter, case of petitioner may be considered by respondent no.2 in its next meeting scheduled to be held on 21st April, 2017 and a speaking order may be passed and communicated to the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. A copy of the order be given Dasti to the learned counsels for the parties, under the signatures of Court Master.
