% 05.11.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that suit is not pressed against defendant nos. 2, 4 and 5. Suit is disposed of qua defendant nos. 2, 4 and 5 as not pressed.

As regards plaintiffs and defendant nos. 1 and 3 are concerned, they have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 22nd May, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1". Settlement Agreement has been signed by the plaintiffs and defendant nos. 1 and 3 as also their counsels. Learned Mediator has also signed the Settlement Agreement. In view of the settlement arrived at between the plaintiffs and defendant nos. 1 and 3, learned counsel for the plaintiffs submit that suit may be disposed of

as withdrawn in terms of para 6(d) of Mark C1. Suit is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since plaintiffs and defendant nos. 1 and 3 have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs and a necessary certificate, in this regard, be issued to the plaintiffs by the Registry.
